- The Kit allows vasectomies to be performed with openings < 10 mm, under local injection of lidocaine, in the operating room as well as in a consultation room or day hospitalization.
- The Ø 6 mm ring clamp easily surrounds the vas deferens and, thanks to the beveled jaws, easily cuts the skin, even if it is slightly hard or thick, of the scrotum.
- The mosquito tongs have no equal in terms of finesse and hardness.

1 - Local subcutaneous anesthesia with 1 ml for each vas deferens, isolated between the fingers.
2 - Grasping the vas deferens subcutaneously with the Ø 6mm ring forceps with beveled jaws.
It is also possible to use the smaller Ø 4mm ring pliers with straight jaws. The space between the arms under the ring of the pliers allows the tissues not to be squeezed when closing.
3 - Skin perforation with the fine mosquito forceps then discision/dissection around the vas deferens for a very small opening with the same mosquito forceps.
4 - Exposure of the vas deferens using the Ø 4 mm ring clamp and clamping using the Halstead clamp.
5 - Section of the vas deferens with surgical scissors then coagulation of the lumen of the 2 tips with a fine-tipped electric scalpel. Interposition of a fascia between the two ends with a thread.
6 - Skin suture with absorbable thread or biological glue.
7 - Handling of compresses, tampons or suture threads using the fine Adson forceps with claws.
